Hi!

Note: Pre-Order and Late Pledge backers that have pledged through either Backerkit or MMF do not need a survery.

  • If you have pledged either for the DIGITAL Custom Pledge, Warband or Red Brigade tier, but failed to get your pledge manager ready then we will still send an invite to claim the STL files to the email we have on file.
  • If you have pledged either for the PHYSICAL Custom Pledge, Warband or Red Brigade tier, but failed to get your pledge manager ready, then we will still send an invite to claim the STL files to the email we have on file, but we can obviously not fulfill any physical orders if we don't have your address.

And here is an unrelated feral artillery witch, ready to lob an oil drum filled with barbed wire at people that are oblivious at KS updates. :--)

Pledge Manager and Fulfillment

Hi everybody,

Most of you have finished their pledge manager surveys (Thanks!). I'd really appreciate if we could wrap that up ASAP so that I can lock orders and charge cards.

Next steps:

  • We will lock orders around the 20th of March, if you haven't finished your survey by then, you will have to  wait another couple of weeks for the fulfillment of your order to start.
  • We will start charging cards around the 25th of March. This means you'll have 1 week to fix your payments should they fall through.
  • Digital and Physical fulfillment will start in the 2nd of April. Digital backers will get an invitation from MMF with links to claim their files. Our friends at Strange Plastic will start to send parcels to physical backers in the order the pledges came in.

Warning: (I hate doing this)If you do not finish your survey until the 20th of March, then we can't process your pledge. It will take at least another 3 weeks until we can prepare a 2nd round of fulfillment.

How to claim STL files via My Mini Factory

Hi all,

We will make the Digital /STL files available via MyMiniFactory, and there are a few things that backers need to do in order to claim the files and have them sent to their libraries.

If you already have a MyMiniFactory account, and if you're using the same email for Kickstarter and MyMiniFactory, then you can ignore this update.

  1. You will need a MyMiniFactory account.
  2. If your KickStarter and MMF emails are different, if you're using an apple login code or if for some other reason the email that we have in the pledge manager doesn't match the email you're using on MyMiniFactory, then please contact us via [email protected] with the email you're using on MyMiniFactory.
  3. We will update your email in the pledge manager manually, but we can do so only if we receive a request to do so!

Also - 5 out of 6 backers have filled in their pledge manager info already (thanks)! The pledge manager will be open until late March, but we will need to close it on the first of April in order to fulfill this campaign.

74% of the smoke test surveys got answered and I am happy to just send all the surveys.

Hi all,

So far 60% of the backers we've sent the smoke test to have answered their surveys. We'd like to get at least 75% to finish it as this really helps with getting our setup approved, and with sending the rest of the surveys to the remaining 3000 backers.

Also - here is some totally unrelated and  shoddy concept art for future things we're doing for Trench Stench.
